Each action draws down credits based on what it actually costs us to run — asking the data is free; a Vega research message is about 50 credits ($0.50); a full walk-forward backtest is priced on its real compute (it runs a 5-fold walk-forward over the whole US universe), from ~51 credits ($0.51) and scaling with history, factors and positions. You see the exact price before you run it.
Purchased credits don't expire. Your monthly free grant (300 credits) and Pro grant (2,500 credits) refresh each month and don't roll over.
